Neil Pinder, an educator and activist is the recipient of the 2022 AJ 100 Contribution to the Profession award. Pinder is the founder of Home Grown Plus, which addresses issues of diversity in architecture and beyond. Pinder is currently expanding Home Grown Plus through NY-LON 2022, a joint initiative with Pratt’s School of Architecture
