Christoph a. Kumpusch, adjunct assistant professor of undergraduate architecture, was featured in an Architectural Record story on a new project by visionary architect Lebbeus Woods. Kumpusch collaborated with Woods on Woods' first-ever permanent work, a light pavilion that is now under construction in Chengdu, China. The pavilion, which is four-stories high and made of angled steel beams housed in polycarbonate sleeves containing LEDs, is part of a giant mixed-use development by Steven Holl.
