Woojin is a multi-disciplinary designer and artist. As a designer she has worked on such projects as Google Shopping Insights, Mercedes-Benz and JPMorgan responsive web designs, Ford Showcase dealer app, Credit Suisse Structured Notes tool, and other fast pace pitches that have utilized new technological trends.

In her art practice and research, she uses a mythological lens to reimagine corporate environments, characters, and objects within our rapidly changing technologically driven world. Her work investigates the malleability of an artist’s studio practice under certain conditions. While working as an Art Director for various digital advertising agencies she was able to use the corporate space to stage her interdisciplinary artworks, creating installations, films, sculptures, animations, and writing scripts. The potential irony of non-productive action versus productive action as well as its relation to labor and the workplace have been important triggers in her work.

Selected awards include the 2020 Bronx Recognizes Its Own (BRIO) Award, 2019 AHL Foundation Artist Fellowship, Red Dot Award, Creativity Media & Interactive Awards, Creativity International Awards, Connor Award, and more. She has taught Graphic Design Intensive at The Fashion Institute of Technology and Graphic Design Concepts at The City College of New York.
