Warren Ashworth, R.A., is a licensed architect practicing in New York since 1980.  He runs his own firm.  His specialty is the design of affordable housing as well as restaurant design.  He has participated in more than 150 restaurants.   His current housing work specializes in the use of SIPs construction (Structural Insulated Panel systems) with an emphasis on sustainable development.  He was awarded the Chicago Landmark Award for Preservation Excellence in 2004.


He is also an Architectural Historian who publishes and lectures widely on the subject of American Domestic Architecture.  He is a member of the Society of Architectural Historians and has addressed the Victorian Society of America.
