October 29, 2025 10:00 AM â 11:30 AM
Brooklyn Campus Library, Learning Lab (Lower Level)
Learn how Zotero can simplify the research process and save you time. Zotero is a free and open source personal research assistant designed to make your life easier by helping you keep track of readings, notes, and citations.
Topics will include how to install Zotero, organize sources, annotate readings, and auto- generate citations in Google Docs. Workshop will be led by Jake Gibson (Research and Instruction Librarian) and Romel Espinel (Critical & Inclusive Pedagogy Librarian).
This session is geared towards graduate students writing in-depth research papers and theses, but all Pratt students, faculty, and staff are welcome!
This in-person workshop will take place in a classroom with computers, though participants are encouraged to bring their own devices to troubleshoot installing Zotero with librarians.
