Snack Chats! The Price of Beauty: Yvette Vasourkova (Visiting Fulbright Scholar)

GCPE Snack Chats are a chance for all Pratt students, faculty, and staff to meet visiting scholars and find unique connections between your research and interests. Snacks provided or BYO.

Yvette Vasourkova (Fulbright Scholar in the MS, Pratt Urban Placemaking and Management program) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of the urban environment in the Czech Republic through the initiation of public projects and the organization of competitions. She is a co-founder of CCEAMOBA (Centre for Central European Architecture, ngo and MOBA studio). Yvette completed her M.Arch. at the Berlage Institute in Rotterdam and earned her Ph.D. at CTU in Prague. She is a faculty member of the School of Architecture Archip in Prague. In 2018, she was a visiting professor at l´ESA Paris. Currently, she is a Fulbright visiting scholar at Pratt Institute GCPE.
