Second Annual Books to Prisons

For the second year in a row the Community Engagement Board is hosting a book drive, wherein books can be donated to different libraries for the incarcerated in New York City.
Pratt faculty, staff and students can purchase books from Prison Library Support Network’s Wishlists. The wishlists are curated according to the wants of prisoners with the intention to offer education, support and resources.
To donate, navigate to “PLSN Book Donation”. Just add any title from the wishlist to your cart, and pay online as usual! Your books will be delivered directly to a public library collection at a jail or shelter in NYC.
Finally, take two minutes to share your purchase with us anonymously through the google form linked here. Our goal as a community is to have 100 books donated. Sponsored by Community Service Board.
