Pratt Teaching and Learning Forum

September 21, 2018 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

The forum theme will consider Teaching as Learning: Provocations, Proposals and Possibilities.

We are delighted to invite you to Pratt’s Teaching and Learning Fall 2018 Forum. President Frances Bronet will welcome the attendees, and Provost Kirk E. Pillow will introduce keynote speaker Nancy Budwig, who will talk about the role Pratt might play in re-imagining liberal and professional education. The day’s programming will feature presentations and workshops led by Pratt faculty and staff, who will address three aspects of teaching and learning: 1) the problems and challenges of teaching and learning, 2) current possibilities for addressing these challenges based on research and practice, and 3) future directions given the changing nature of the disciplines and fields in art and design.

Reservations are required.
