Vonetta DeVonish (MS IXD ’22), Content Designer and UX Writer at JPMorgan Chase

Vonetta R. DeVonish (MS IXD ’22) is a Content Designer and UX Writer at JPMorgan Chase where she has been for nearly 4 years. Her team works on a digital app that helps their customers plan for and track their financial goals.

Vonetta graduated from Pratt with her M.S. in Information Experience Design in May 2022. Prior to her time there, she studied at Parsons School of Design, where she completed one year of the Design Strategy program. For her undergrad studies, she attended Georgia State University, where she earned her B.A. in Print Journalism and wrote for the campus newspaper and did some freelance writing briefly.

A native New Yorker from Brooklyn, Vonetta currently resides there, and enjoys going to game nights and movies in her spare time, riding her bike with friends on new adventures, and sampling the city’s gelato offerings. She also regularly attends events focused on all types of design including UX design, of course. She loves New York because there is always something new to discover and you are never bored.
