LA Alumni Network: Library Art & Architecture Tour

Join the Los Angeles Alumni Network for a docent-led LA Central Library Art & Architecture Tour. Enjoy the art and architecture of the 1926 Bertram Goodhue Building with its distinctive sphinxes and rooftop pyramid. Wander through the 1993 Tom Bradley Wing, designed by architect Norman Pfeiffer, and gaze at the 8-story atrium with its whimsical chandeliers.

Meet the volunteer leaders from LA, find out about upcoming volunteering opportunities, and get to know fellow Pratt alumni in the area. The event fee includes light appetizers at Casey’s Irish Pub, close to the LA Central Library. Registration is $10 and only $5 for recent alumni (classes of 2015–2025).

Parking: The Los Angeles Public Library does not own or operate public parking facilities in the vicinity of the Central Library. In an attempt to assist users in locating reasonable parking, the Library has negotiated reduced rate parking at the 524 South Flower Street Garage parking lot.
