Community De-Stress Clinic: Soundbath + NADA ear seed session

Community De-Stress Clinic: Soundbath + NADA ear seed session ARBORETA Sound Collective composed of Creative Arts Therapy candidates Sal Daña, Bebe Low and Grammy winning cellist Leah Coloff will be offering a meditative sound bath and acupressure earseed treatments in tandem with MLK Jr. Legacy Week. Earseeds treatments, utilized by the Black Panthers for community detox, are applied to specific acupressure points on the ear to provide benefits like stress relief and pain management. The three practitioners will use flute, cello, and singing bowls to create sound to activate points and attune the body to engage the parasympathetic nervous system. This group has previously worked with the Student Health Center to provide this service to the Pratt community.
