INFO-623 UX Design and Artificial Intelligence

This course explores the intersection of artificial intelligence and user experience design, preparing students to create AI-enhanced digital products that meet real-world user needs. Through a combination of theoretical foundations and hands-on practice, students will explore the AI product lifecycle by evaluating opportunities for AI integration, adapting traditional UX processes for intelligent systems, and designing intelligent user interfaces that adhere to ethical standards and address the unique challenges of human-AI interaction. By the end of the course, students will have acquired a foundational knowledge of key AI concepts, be able to integrate AI into the design process, and have a professional, portfolio-ready case study that demonstrates their creativity and communication skills.
