ADE-406 Saturday Art School II

Students in this course will have the opportunity to plan for and teach children and young people attending the Saturday Art School, the Department of Art and Design Educations laboratory school. Under the guidance of faculty, students will learn to integrate the knowledge, skills and values of a studio-cores other than their own using the ADE Curriculum Frameworks as their guide. Students work for 13 days on campus on Saturdays planning and teaching children and young people. The semester ends with a curated exhibition. For ADE majors this course is their culminating clinical experience.
