This course provides an overview of market, development, and land use economics related to public space, with further reference to social, racial, and economic justice. It starts with discussing how market value is created and how to prepare a cursory market analysis. The course then delves into how the public realm relates to the value of distinct land uses, both at the time of development and over time.
