PHOT-109 Photography Common Experience III

This is part three of a three-course sequence, in which the full cohort of first semester sophomore photography students convene for a shared experience that complements their course work in the sophomore year. Over the course of the semester the cohort meets 5 times to experience and explore historical and material topics including the archive, research, interdisciplinary practice, and writing and how they inform the development of artistic projects. Class meets on campus and in the field at artist studios and cultural institutions.
