This course examines organizational innovation in a world challenged by climate chaos and inequity. It provides the frameworks, tools and practice to lead and manage sustainable and strategic change through an enterprise system. Its focus is on designing agile strategies, structures, processes, technological tools, cultures and systems to support sustainable innovation.
