Leaders of arts and cultural enterprise are expected to understand the systems of Integrated Performance Management (IPM) where strategy, operations, performance, incentives, and people are connected to create long-term economic value. Integrated accounting and reporting principles including sustainability frameworks and fundamental risk analysis and data strategies are introduced in this course.
