To activate a newly created account, enter your Pratt email address on the login page and follow the prompts to create an account and password.
Please note: you will not be able to access your tickets via the Ticketmaster app. Tickets are only available through the website at the link above.
Before you start:
Every person who enters the venue (2 years and older) must present a ticket.
Please transfer tickets to other guests before adding any tickets to your mobile wallet.
You cannot use a screenshot of your ticket to enter Radio City Music Hall – a live QR code is required.
How to transfer tickets:
1. Login or create an account with your Pratt email address.
2. Scroll down and click on “Pratt Institute Commencement”
3. Click the “… MORE” button to the right of “My Tickets” or “Transfer” if you’re on your computer.
4. Click “Transfer” to send 1 or more tickets to your guest(s).
5. We recommend using your guest’s email address instead of their phone number to transfer tickets.
All students and guests, including children ages 2 and older, are required to have a digital ticket to enter the venue. Tickets are free and general admission. Each student who has indicated their attendance by the February 14 deadline is guaranteed 2 guest tickets. Students walking in the commencement ceremony MUST arrive in cap and gown and with a student graduation ticket to enter Radio City Music Hall.
If you missed the February 14 deadline and want to participate in the Commencement ceremony, please email commence@pratt.edu.
Coming to the Commencement Ceremony but not using all of your guest tickets? Your classmates are looking for extras, and the house is currently full!
Transfer your extra tickets to Rachel Asher at rasher34@pratt.edu, and we will distribute them to graduating students who need them.
