Join us for First-Gen Week 2026! The National First-Generation College Celebration is celebrated across the country on November 8th. All Pratt students are encouraged to join our 2026 First-Generation College Celebration Week.

First Generation Celebration

Each spring we host the First-Generation Celebration. This celebration recognizes, acknowledges, and celebrates the achievements and contributions of our graduating First-Generation students. Pratt defines First-Generation students as any student who does not have a parent(s)/guardian with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
