The Pratt Board of Trustees established the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee in 2020, chaired by Trustee Kathryn Chenault. The DEI Committee provides feedback and guidance to the Board and senior administration on Pratt’s DEI Strategic Plan while also assessing the progress and goals of the DEI Council. Additionally, as a partner to the Board’s Committee on Trusteeship, the DEI Committee develops strategies and pipelines to ensure the diversity of Board membership and recommends DEI workshops and resources for Board members.
