Palabras Prestadas, a howling heart is an immersive animation installation work tied to my ongoing research “unruly m_OTHER tongue” grounded in the notion of “words as bridges” while examining how language is rooted in the body. It not only heightens language as a means of communication that mediates, shapes, and influences our relationship to the world but also addresses the current diaspora from the physical to the virtual while exploring storytelling in the digital age.
