The New York Climate Exchange proposal, which Pratt is a partner in, is a final contender for Mayor Adams and Trust for Governors Island’s part of the city’s global competition to create a new, state-of-the-art educational and research institution on Governors Island dedicated to researching, developing, and demonstrating equitable urban climate solutions.
