Welcome to Mindful Pratt! 

We are a collective group made up of faculty, staff, students, and alumni from across the institute, our goal is to build greater awareness of Mindfulness initiatives around the Pratt Campus. Check out our different pages for more information about the work being done around the Institute.

Weekly Drop-In Practices

We are happy to be offering regular drop-in practices to our community throughout the week! Email sharvey@pratt.edu to join our mailing list to get a weekly email reminder with the practice times and zoom links.

Our schedule is constantly changing, so the button above is the best place to look for the most up-to-date information. For Summer of 2022 we are offering:

Tuesdays, 9 – 9:30 AM (EST): Mindful Drawing
Join Robert Brackett for 30 minutes of connecting the breath to the mark. You’ll want some sort of way to create a mark available.

Wednesdays, 1 – 1:30 PM(EST): Breath Break
Join Patti Ciavarelli for a short meditation practice.

Thursdays, 8:30 – 9 AM (EST) Midweek Mantras:
Join Holly Wilson for a mantra meditation.

Thursdays, 12:30 – 1 PM (EST) Breath Break:
Join Sam Harvey for a short meditation practice.

Fridays, 8:30 – 9 AM (EST) Meditation with Me:
Join Rhonda Schaller for a short meditation practice with space for silence.
