NY Harbor 2022 State of the Waters Symposium

SWIM Coalition and Pratt Institute MS in Sustainable Environmental Systems, in partnership with the Pratt Institute School of Architecture’s Spring 2022 Lecture Series: Shifting Ground, would like to invite you to the 2022 NY Harbor State of the Waters Symposium, to be held virtually on Friday February 11th, 2022, 9:00am-1:30pm EST, provides an opportunity for education, advocacy, and ideation between SWIM, its member organizations, partners, elected officials, Pratt Institute School of Architecture students and faculty, and the general public towards fishable and swimmable water quality that benefits all NYC residents.

City officials, water quality advocates, and area experts will present and discuss a number of issues and ongoing policy and regulatory discussions that are likely of interest to you and your constituents, including The City’s Green Infrastructure Plan, Stormwater Resiliency Plan, Green Roof Tax Abatement, and Sustainable Water Rate Structuring.
