Are you currently struggling with a loss? Mourning and loss are the reactions to the loss of a loved person or to the loss of some abstraction that has taken the place of one, such one’s country, liberty, an ideal, and so on.

Learn the ways you can work through a loss and process it. No matter what gried symptoms you’re dealing with, there are ways to feel better.

Identifying Symptoms of Grief
Experiencing grief after loss is a natural reaction, but this emotion can become overwhelming and leave you with intense and even crippling feelings of:

  • Sadness
  • Anger
  • Guilt
  • Numbness
  • Struggle with schoolwork

Grief Group goals:
Students are guided through constructive ways to process their pain on the journey to healing, including steps to help mitigate the weight of grief and loss.
