Take Back the Night

Memorial Hall, Brooklyn Campus
April 6, 2019 at 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

The Pratt Institute will host its inaugural Take Back the Night, a performance series and resource fair with the mission to empower sexual assault survivors and promote sex positivity. This year, our theme surrounds the lived experiences of sex workers specifically in the areas of destigmatizing, humanizing, and decriminalizing sex work.

Take Back the Night will host local indie bands and a panel of speakers. The resource fair will feature both on-campus resources as well as outside organizations including the Harm Reduction Coalition, Wyckoff Heights Violence Prevention, CAMBA Violence Prevention, Sex Workers Outreach Project, and Sex Workers Project.

Pratt strives to make all programs, services and activities accessible, and will provide assistance to accommodate any individuals with disabilities. Security personnel, located at booths at 200 Willoughby Avenue and other campus locations, are available for assistance. Additional accessibility resources are available at pratt.edu/accessibility
