BLUE WEEK: Water-Inspired Yoga for the Planet with Rosie DePasquale

October 3 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM

We can experience the planet when we feel the ebb and flow of water in our own embodiment. This gentle restorative yoga class will focus on circular movements to gently lubricate the joints and segue into a guided meditation focusing on the fluid flow of the breath by creating spaciousness in the body and mind. No experience is required. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat. Hosted by SCPS’s Integrative Mind & Body Program.
