This seminar on various forms of models and modeling tactics builds on the premise for the 2022 exhibition “Model Behavior”: that architectural models, like scientific, economic, and political models, produce effects that shape public behavior. Through readings and research on the making and use of models in multiple disciplines, the seminar aims to unveil the intricate relationships of models that both reflect and shape human behaviors, as well as the behavior of architectural models within the discipline.
