All acts of sexual violence and harassment are considered forms of discrimination under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and university have an obligation to take immediate and effective steps in response to such reports. Students have the option of filing a formal complaint against a Pratt student through the Title IX Coordinator. If you are a Pratt Institute student and you have been accused of sexual harassment or assault, domestic violence, dating violence, or stalking, there are resources available to you.
