New Students
(Updated as of April 1, 2024) This information is to keep you informed regarding timing for your financial aid package.
General Timeline:
As you may be aware, the federal government updated the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) process this year and is experiencing some delays.
The Department of Education started releasing FAFSA information to schools in batches, beginning in mid-March.
Once Pratt receives your FAFSA information, we will work to confirm your financial aid packages as soon as possible. We hope for a 2- to 3-week turnaround as we receive each batch.
We thank you for your patience as the Department of Education progresses with providing us with your information.
For those required to make FAFSA Updates/Corrections:
The Department of Education hasn’t yet opened the FAFSA for corrections, but plans to in the near future.If you are required to submit corrections to your FAFSA this month, please contact us so we may offer you an extension to the May 1 deposit deadline: admissions@pratt.edu

Continuing Students
The continuing student process for FAFSA has not been changed, so you can expect your financial aid package beginning in mid-May. Any questions can be directed to your Financial Aid Counselor.
