DIVERSE VOICES FILM SERIES

The Diverse Voices Film Series seeks to uplift underrepresented narratives through the film medium. The Center for Equity and Inclusion collaborates with campus and affinity partners to showcase movies throughout the year which highlight diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice matters.

LAVENDER GRADUATION

Lavender Graduation is an intimate celebration of graduating LGBTQ+ undergraduate and graduate students to commemorate the community as well as create visibility.

MARTIN LURTHER KING JR. WEEK

MLK Jr. Week is an annual campus and community celebration of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

NATIONAL HERITAGE AND HISTORY MONTHS

The Center for Equity and Inclusion (CEI) recognizes national cultural heritage and history months by hosting a variety of programming and events throughout the year to shed light on the achievements of historically marginalized groups. Months honored by the CEI include - Black History Month, Latinx/Hispanic Heritage Month, LGBTQ+ History Month, Native American Indian Heritage Month and Women’s History Month

PRATT COMMUNITY DIALOGUE SERIES

The Center for Equity and Inclusion invites all students, faculty, and staff to engage in dialogue with other Pratt community members on topics that encompass identity and current events relating to diversity, equity, inclusion and/or social justice. The series runs monthly during lunchtime.
