NATIONAL HERITAGE AND HISTORY MONTHS
The Center for Equity and Inclusion (CEI) recognizes national cultural heritage and history months by hosting a variety of programming and events throughout the year to shed light on the achievements of historically marginalized groups. Months honored by the CEI include - Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Black History Month, Disability Awareness Month, Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month, LGBTQ+ History Month, Mental Health Awareness Month, Native American/Indigenous Heritage Month, Pride Month, and Women’s History Month.
PRATT COMMUNITY DIALOGUE SERIES
The Center for Equity and Inclusion invites all students, faculty, and staff to engage in dialogue with other Pratt community members on topics that encompass identity and current events relating to diversity, equity, inclusion and/or social justice. The series runs monthly during lunchtime.
