Limited Summer 2021 Housing at Pratt Institute is available for students registered for summer classes, students with on campus summer employment, or students who have a Pratt authorized internship, requiring them to be in New York, which they have registered for through Pratt’s Institute Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD).

Students New to Pratt Institute:  If you are a new Pratt student, you need your Pratt OneKey login to be able to use the my.pratt.edu portal (your academic department arranges for your Pratt OneKey creation).

Our Summer Housing online application process will be active as of Thursday, March 25, 2021.  The deadline to apply for our Limited Summer 2021 Housing is Friday, April 30, 2021. Summer residents will be assigned to specific floors in Willoughby Residence Hall ONLY: No other residence halls or floors are available for Summer 2021.

You can view information about our Willoughby Residence Hall here: https://www.pratt.edu/student-life/student-affairs/campus-housing/campus-residence-halls/residence-overview/willoughby-residence-hall/

All Summer Applicants Please Note: This Summer we have facade work planned for the front of Willoughby Hall, including the Summer Housing floors.  This work will take place each day, from approximately 8:00AM to 5:00PM, and include contractors on scaffolding outside of windows, around balconies, drilling and grinding while repairing bricks and concrete.  Please plan accordingly.

Our online Summer Housing Application is available via my.pratt.edu. Login, click on "My Profile," then the "Residence Life Housing Application" box in the middle of the page.  On the new page that opens, use the "21/SU" link (towards the bottom of the page) to fill in your online housing application.

Please Note:  At this time, Willoughby Hall Summer Floors are Willoughby Hall 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th floors, ONLY. Please also note there are no Quiet Floors or Healthy Choices floors available for Summer Housing.

A Housing Deposit of $50 is required to complete your Summer Housing application. You can pay your housing deposit via payments.pratt.edu. Use the “Residence Life (Summer)” deposit option in the pulldown menu towards the bottom of the page, and then the “21/SU” option

Summer assignments are completed on a first-come first-serve basis; the sooner your pay your deposit and apply, the more likely it is we'll be able to accommodate your housing preferences.
