Applicants looking to work independently and/or closely with an individual or institute, are encouraged to apply for the study/research grant.

Creative and Performing Arts: Applying under this section requires a visual portfolio. The visual portfolio should supplement the artist statement on what the candidate proposes to carry out in the host country

After reviewing the supplementary materials for the chosen discipline, a visual portfolio is uploaded through DecisionDesk.

Academic Fields: Candidates inclined towards research and study apply under this section. There is no visual portfolio required; rather the emphasis is on building knowledge and skillset.

Graduate Degree Grants

The U.S. Fulbright Program pays for one year of graduate degree study abroad. Master’s degree grants are available in Australia, Finland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan and United Kingdom.

English Teaching Assistantships (ETA)

Applicants under this grant are placed in a country of their choice in primary schools, secondary schools or universities, where they teach English as an assistant for 20-30 hours per week.

Some countries have set course curricula while others require the applicant to create their own lesson plan.
