Saturday: 6:30 AM–8 PM
Sunday: 6:30 AM–5 PM
Pratt Athletics is excited to begin the process of becoming a member of the NCAA Division III. This process will begin this fall. Currently, Pratt is a member of two athletic conferences. The Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC) and the American Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA). Pratt sponsors seven sports comprising of 14 teams and has a long history of offering an in-depth sports program to students. At the end of the membership process, Pratt will be the only AICAD College in the country to be a part of the NCAA, which adds to Pratt’s reputation of being a leader among its peers.

The Pratt Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Recreation is an integral part of the Institute.
Pratt Athletics values the lessons that have long been taught by athletic participation: the pursuit of excellence through personal development and teamwork; ethical and responsible behavior on the field and off; adherence to the spirit of rules as well as to their letter; leadership and strength of character; sportsmanship, respect for one's opponents, acceptance of victory with humility, acknowledgment of defeat with grace, respect for the value of cross-cultural understanding, and acceptance. Within these lessons to its students, Pratt Athletics instills habits that will lead students to better, healthier, and successful lives.
Our recreation services exist to provide varied recreational opportunities and innovative fitness that enhances the quality of life for the Pratt community. All of the Athletic and Recreation staff members maintain current CPR/AED certifications.
