The Administrative Access Policy defines under what circumstances and to what extent administrative access rights are granted to non-support personnel so that they can successfully perform their Pratt-related computing activities.
Computer & Network Use
Computing resources provided by Pratt Institute to employees are intended to be used for Institute business and educational purposes only. Pratt encourages the use of the Internet and e-mail because they can make communications more efficient and effective.
All members of the Pratt community are expected to use its computer and network resources in a responsible manner. In the event of violations of institutional policies or codes, or of state or federal laws
Pratt Communicator has the ability to send out targeted communications for use in conducting official Institute business. Pratt TV is the collection of digital displays mounted throughout Brooklyn’s campus.
In order to access Pratt email, use myPratt or utilize Pratt computers you must have a valid OneKey username and password. This policy covers the creation and retirement of each user's OneKey.
Pratt uses and supports a highly functional, industry-standard content management system called Expression Engine. It is the CMS we use institute wide to update content on www.pratt.edu.
