Landon Brown is Founder and Principal of Onland Architecture an independent design and architectural firm based in and working between New York City and the Catskills Mountains region. At Onland, Landon leads design efforts focused on a range of scales including exhibition, cultural, and residential spaces.

Prior to launching Onland, Landon was the Studio Director of Toshiko Mori Architect (TMA), the internationally acclaimed design practice founded by Toshiko Mori. At TMA he led a range of design and planning efforts including numerous public, institutional, and master planning efforts. In parallel with his work at TMA, Landon was the Director of VisionArc, a strategic design, research, and visualization consultancy working at the nexus of the built environment, natural resources, and social cohesion in our communities.

Landon earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Master of Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. His work has been exhibited internationally and featured in leading architecture and design publications.

Landon is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is a registered architect in New York State. He is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor at Pratt Institute in the Graduate Architecture & Urban Design school.
