Jonah King

Biography
Jonah King is a media artist, filmmaker and educator exploring human/nonhuman
relations and speculative futures. Their projects use film, sculpture, installation, and Virtual Reality to examine how ecological intimacies influence identity and politics.
Born in Ireland, based in Brooklyn, King has exhibited internationally at venues such as the Irish Museum of Modern Art and New York Jewish Museum and received official selections at Oberhausen and London Motion Picture Awards. Recent solo exhibitions include GBA (Brooklyn), Rockford Art Museum (Chicago) NCAD Gallery (Dublin), University Galleries (Illinois), Clima (Milan), Weekend (Seoul), and Meyohas (New York).
