Biography
Carlton Brown is one of the founding partners and the chief Operating Officer of Full Spectrum, NY. Mr. Brown graduated in 1973 from Princeton University’s School of Architecture, studied finance at NYU, ran ATT’s East Coast real estate operations and in so doing directed over $2 billion in real estate projects before starting Full Spectrum in 1983. Today, Full Spectrum has more than $1 billion in projects under construction or in the development and design pipeline. The firm has distinguished itself as one of the nation’s preeminent “green” developers including a leadership role in developing “green affordable housing.” Carlton Brown has been honored by the AIA and appears on the Sundance Channel program, “Big ideas for a Small Planet.”
