Planned Giving

Planned gifts are often thought of as something done later in life, but they can be started at any age and are a surprisingly easy way to support Pratt. By making a planned gift to Pratt, you or members of your family can also receive a variety of benefits.

There are many types of planned gifts. Regardless of which option you choose, you will help to ensure that future generations of students are able to pursue their academic, creative, and professional dreams, continuing the tradition carried on by many alumni and friends of Pratt. In recognition of your commitment, we will welcome you into Pratt's Renaissance Society, which honors the Institute's planned giving donors.

A planned gift to Pratt is an easy way to create opportunities for tomorrow's visionaries. To speak to someone about planned giving options that might be right for you, please contact a planned giving professional at (718) 399-4296 or the Division of Institutional Advancement at (718) 636-3537. Rest assured that any financial information you provide will be kept confidential. When making a planned gift, it is always recommended that you also consult with a financial advisor or legal professional.

“Making a planned gift to Pratt is easy to do.  We’re delighted that we did.  It’s a wonderful way to support the institution we all love.” —President Thomas F. Schutte and Tess L. Schutte
