Office Hours

Fall or Spring Semester Hours
10:00 am until 4:00 pm: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
10:00 am until 6:00 pm: Thursday
Add/Drop Period Hours (Aug. 31–Sept. 14, 2009 & Jan. 19–Feb. 2, 2010)
9:00 am until 5:00 pm: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
9:00 am until 6:00 pm: Thursday
Summer Hours 10:00 am until 4:00 pm daily

Official Transcripts

Pratt Institute has teamed with the National Student Clearinghouse to handle orders for official transcripts online. More information can be viewed at the Transcripts page.

Enrollment Verification

Students can request proof of their enrollment at Pratt Institute through Academic Tools or at the Registrar's Office. Please bring your Pratt ID.

Change of Address

Students may file a change of address by dropping off a Change of Address form at the Registrar's Office. Students may also notify the Registrar of an address change by sending a message through their Pratt e-mail address to Andy Steinitz, Records Management Assistant, at (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Class Schedules

A Quick Course Catalog Search is available for the current semester. Undergraduate and Graduate Bulletins can be requested through the admissions office.

A Schedule of Classes for "live" semesters is also available online through Academic Tools. Log-in to your My.Pratt account and select Academic Tools. Click on 'STUDENTS' menu and then 'Search for Sections' under Registration (left column). Once you are at the Search for Sections screen you must enter a term from the drop down menu next to term and a subject. Then click submit. The more information you enter the narrower your search results.
