Report Illness

If you should become ill and you believe that you have H1N1 we urge you to notify the appropriate Pratt authority. This will enable you to make-up the work that you missed, or get the appropriate leave credit. It will also enable Pratt and the NYC Health Department to monitor the level of infection at Pratt.

• Students should notify the Health and Counseling Office at health@pratt.edu
• Staff should notify their direct supervisor
• Faculty should notify their Department Chair
