Prevention and Personal Hygiene

Residential Students

Residence Halls closed and students are sent home. Students who cannot travel home will be assisted in finding alternative housing.

Non-residential Students

No campus entry.

Academic Operations

• All academic buildings and facilities closed.
• All classes and other scheduled activities are cancelled until further notice.
• Academic Administrative Staff do not report to work, except for those deemed critical by the Office of the Provost.
• All emergency communications should be by phone or email.
• Depending on length of closure, a class make up schedule will be published (See Appendix B)

Administrative Operations

• Administrative Offices are closed.
• Administrators and Staff do not report to work, except for those deemed critical by Vice President of their division.
