Prevention and Personal Hygiene

Residential Students

All students who are well enough to travel will be asked to go home.  Ill students will continue to be isolated and well students who cannot travel home will remain in their residence hall rooms.

Non-residential Students

Non-Residential Students should not to come to the campus

Academic Operations

• All classes and other scheduled activities are cancelled until further notice. 
• Library, studios, shops, and labs closed.
• Faculty should not come to campus.
• Academic Administrative Offices are closed to visits from the public and community.
• Offices will be staffed by personnel judged to be essential to the operation of the department by their direct supervisor.
• All emergency communications should be by phone or email. 
• Depending on length of class cancellation, a class make up schedule will be published (See Appendix B)

• Departments may arrange for employees to work from home to the extent possible.
• Employees will not be charged paid leave time to cover absences.
