Class Rescheduling

The possibility of cancelled classes and rescheduling of classes increases during the possibility of a pandemic. Make up classes for both individually cancelled and institute cancelled classes is below. Faculty, staff, and students should be cognizant of possible Institute class rescheduling when making advance travel arrangements. Wisdom suggests that tickets be refundable or transferable.

If the Institute is at Level 0 or Level 1 and a faculty member cancels a class due to illness, then the faculty member should arrange for make-up classes that are agreeable to the students to insure that syllabus materials are covered. If the Institute is at Levels 2, 3, or 4 during Fall 2009, which includes Institute mandated class cancellations, then classes will be rescheduled to possible dates below.
