For Medical Emergencies

In the event of an on-campus medical emergency, please call Pratt Campus Security at extension 3333 (on-campus phone) or 718-636-3540 (off-campus or cellphone).  For off-campus emergencies please call 911.

Health Services cannot provide the level of care that an Emergency Department does; therefore, we may not be able to attend to your specific emergency needs. Please use your best judgment when deciding where to seek treatment.

For Psychological Emergencies

If you are seeking help for a psychological emergency that occurs during regular office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm), please be sure to inform the receptionist (718-399-4542) regarding the nature of your emergency. We will attend to you as soon as possible and/or involve other resources as needed.

These HOTLINES provide service 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. The HOTLINES offer support for individuals contemplating suicide, survivors of sexual assault or domestic violence, and individuals searching for emergency psychiatric care.
