International Students

Pratt will welcome new students for Fall 2012 on the following dates:

• August 15        Mandatory check in and clearance and English Placement Exam begins for International students*
• August 16        Mandatory check in, clearance and English Placement Exam continues
• August 17        Mandatory check in, clearance and English Placement Exam continues
• August 19        Residence Hall move in for International Students 9am to 5pm
                         Welcome and dinner 6pm
• August 20        Mandatory check in, clearance and English Placement Exam continues for International students
• August 21        President's Welcome and barbecue dinner for all new students
• August 22-24   New Student Orientation for all new students
• August 27        First day of classes

Graduate students should check the "Graduate" tab to the left for more information.

*International students will only need to attend only ONE "Mandatory check in and clearance"

Sign up for the Check In and English Placement Exam on my.pratt.edu in the International Orientation course of the LMS.

Students entering the AOS/AAS program have orientation on Thursday, August 23 at 1 p.m. It will run until about 3:00 p.m. at PMC (W. 14th Street, Manhattan) 3rd floor.  Students in the Construction Management program have orientation on Friday, August 24 at 5pm on the second floor of PMC (W. 14th Street, Manhattan).
