Pratt Mail Center Services

Handling of business mails for the Institute’s faculty, staff and students residing in campus dorms, which include sorting and distributing of all campus mail, pick up and processing of outgoing mail (metering), and receiving and preparing packages for student pick-up.

US Pack Courier

A private courier service is available for delivery services between Brooklyn Mail Center and Pratt Manhattan, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All mail and small packages going to the Manhattan campus must be at the Mail Center a day prior to delivery. Large quantities or oversized and heavy items must be coordinated through the Receiving department.

United Parcel Service (UPS) Drop Box

UPS express mail drop box is located at the main gate, next to the security booth. Their pickup time is at 6:30 pm. Items that do not fit in the drop box may be brought to the Mail Center two (2) hours prior to closing time. Be advised, Pratt Mail Center does not offer package pickup service, the Receiving department can be contacted for such service.

Federal Guidelines of Private Express Statutes (PES)
