Academic Year Conference Housing

During the academic year (September to May), we are unable to offer housing for large conference groups.  However, we do offer on-campus guest apartments that may fit small group needs. Contact us for information and availability.

Summer Conference Housing

Pratt Institute offers limited residential and classroom space for rentals.  All requests must be filed with the Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration. Housing is available in Pantas Hall from late May to the end of July.  Availability for groups larger than 50 is during May and June only.  Once a request is submitted, a letter of intent/contract is created. Groups will be given a deadline to return the signed letter of intent, a deposit of no less than 50% of conference fees and proof of liability insurance coverage.  Consult the resources below for more information and contact us at reslife@pratt.edu .
