Summer Housing at Pratt

Summer housing is available for students registered for summer classes, students with on campus summer employment, or students who have an off campus job or internship related to their program of study at Pratt (documentation of this must be provided by an academic advisor).

Summer housing is assigned to specific floors in Willoughby Residence Hall (WRH). Summer housing costs are based on the same weekly rate as the academic year (Fall & Spring semesters). Summer housing online applications are active now. You apply for summer housing via my.pratt.edu. Look under Web Services, then Residence Life - Student Home page. A housing deposit of $50 is required.  You can pay your housing deposit via my.pratt.edu also; look under the 'Academic Tool' tab. If you are a new student, you must first receive your OneKey login to be able to use the my.pratt.edu pages.

Summer assignments are completed on a first-come first-serve basis, so the sooner your pay your deposit and apply, the more likely it is we'll be able to accommodate your housing preferences.  Summer assignment emails will be sent approximately three weeks before your check in date.

Summer 2013 Housing Dates

Summer housing starts May 12th and ends August 3rd, 2013. Students applying for housing will indicate the length of time they require for summer housing on their application.

Summer 2013 Room Rates

Rates are per student. Room charges will be billed at a weekly rate and the total room cost will be based on length of stay as indicated on your housing application.

Cancellation Penalty & Refund Schedule

Cancellations received and approved by Residential Life & Housing will have penalties as per the dates below. Grand Avenue students please refer to your Contract Rider for cancellation information. Unassigned applications will have a two-week grace period from date of application to cancel and receive a full refund. Students' check in dates may vary. Your check in date is the date you indicated on your summer housing application.

Cancellations 14 to 8 days before your check in date:	$50 penalty
7 days before to 1 day after your check in date:	$250 penalty
2 days after thru 7 days after your check in date:	$500 penalty
More than 7 days after your check in date:	100% penalty
