Graduation Fair

The 2013 Commencement Ceremony is scheduled for May 14th at Radio City Music Hall. Invitations to the Ceremony have been mailed to participants LOCAL addresses. You must bring this invitation with you to the Fair if you intend to participate in the Ceremony.

Graduation Fair PMC: The graduation fair in Pratt Manhattan will be Tuesday, April 23rd, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Students attending the Graduation Fair at PMC will be able to:

• Pick up 4 guest tickets
• Pick up silver honors cords (undergraduates need a final GPA of at least 3.5, graduates need a final GPA of at least 3.85)
• Have graduation portrait taken by Island Photography
• Pick up yearbook
• Order Senior ring from Herff Jones
• Meet with Center for Career & Professional Development Talk to Alumni Relations (gift)
• Check for holds with all Pratt Offices
• Cap and gown pick-up is NOW available at PMC!

Graduation Fair Brooklyn: The graduation fair at Pratt Brooklyn is will be Friday, April 26, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Students attending the Graduation Fair in Brooklyn will be able to:

• Pick up cap and gown (now available at the Manhattan Graduation Fair)
• Pick up 4 guest tickets
• Pick up silver honors cords (undergraduates need a final GPA of at least 3.5, graduates need a final GPA of at least 3.85)
• Have graduation portrait taken by Island Photography
• Pick up yearbook
• Order Senior ring from Herff Jones
• Meet with Career Services Talk to Alumni Relations (gift) 
• Check for holds with all Pratt Offices 
• Receive special offers from local hotels, restaurants, & other businesses

Academic Attire Pick up: All caps and gowns will be available for pick up at the Graduation Fair in Brooklyn AND the Graduation Fair in Manhattan. The deadline to order your cap and gown online for on-campus pick up without a late fee is March 18. A late fee of $15 will be applied to online orders for on-campus pick up between March 20 and March 29. No caps and gowns may be ordered for on-campus pick up after March 29.

Students may request that Herff Jones ship their cap and gown to their home address for an additional fee of $15.95. The deadline to order your cap and gown online and have it shipped to your home will be April 1. All deliveries will be via FedEx Smart Post (P.O. boxes and street address okay).

Photography: Island Photography is the official photographer for the Pratt Commencement Ceremony. Radio City will only allow pictures to be taken from guest seats. Island Photography will provide several types of pictures for you. Graduates can now schedule a portrait sitting at the Graduation Fair through Island Photography's website. They will also take two types of pictures at the Commencement Ceremony: crossing the stage, and a candid picture shaking hands with President Schutte.
